It's a reasonable question to ask. I don't even know where “here” is, let alone how one could manage to travel here. I guess opening GIMP and drawing a bunch of rainbow gradints with multiplication layers, followed by two layers in normal mode, one with a decreased opacity raindow gradient and the next with a solid white tone and further decreased opacity would get the job done.
